Kelly Jefferson Minty brings communications and marketing experience from diverse settings including agency, corporate, and higher education. Most recently, she was the director of communications for the Nebraska Business Development Center where she used statewide outreach and storytelling to connect aspiring Nebraska entrepreneurs to no-cost resources.

Jefferson Minty served in University Communications at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where she managed hundreds of marketing projects across UNO’s six colleges. She also coordinated major campus events including UNO’s TEDx events, commencement, and national conferences.

She started her career at Swanson Russell Advertising, focusing on healthcare clients and a Fortune 500 company in the agriculture sector.
